FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within North America. If you can't wait, and need it sooner, you can choose to have your shipment expedited at checkout for an additional cost. For shipping outside of North America, additional duties and taxes may apply.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (preorder, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

Preordered: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.

Made to order: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

In stock: it’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 2 business days from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page.

LOVE IT OR RETURN IT

If you're not entirely in love with your Little Neary purchase, send it back. Return your item(s) in original unworn condition within 30 days from the delivery of your order for a refund to your original form of payment. We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. All items, excluding any engraved/personalized items, qualify as long as they are unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Little Neary has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

warranty 

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT

We take pride in the quality of our products, and offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. The warranty becomes void if another jeweller resizes, modifies or repairs the piece, or if it's subjected to misuse. Regular wear & tear or damages are not covered under warranty.
